Product Description
The next process after cutting & creasing of the sheet is slotting & corner cutting. It is simultaneously done over the eccentric slotter machine. Slot dies are mounted on an eccentric shaft which causes them to move in an arc so that the board is slotted in a shearing manner. The corner die is moved, likewise. The sheets are fed through the machine by hand. Due to its rugged construction, it can take up a number of sheets in one stroke. The dies can be moved on the machine very easily & the slot depth can be adjusted by the gauge provided along with it. Two guides are provided on the feed table, to support the sheets at the correct dimension and feeding.
